From Points North

Take Powhite Parkway/VA 146 south towards VA Route 60 ($0.75 Toll), After the toll turn left at the traffic signal onto Charter Colony Parkway (0.8 Miles). Turn left at the traffic signal onto Genito Road (VA 604) (1.2 Miles). Turn Left at the traffic signal at Oaklake Boulevard (0.6 Miles).

From Points South

Take State Route 288 north to Route 360 Hull Street Road East. Turn left at the traffic signal onto Warbro Road. Cross over Genito Road at the traffic signal to Oaklake Boulevard. RISE will be on the left 0.6 Miles from the intersection.
